Throughout the evening, Chef Tony will share the secrets behind creating authentic Spanish-inspired flavours, working with ingredients such as smoked paprika, garlic, olive oil, fresh herbs and seasonal produce.

You'll learn how to combine simple ingredients to create dishes that are full of character, beautifully presented and perfect for entertaining family and friends.
