A Guided Journeying Circle for Women
A monthly gathering for women incorporating drumming, sound instruments, and guided shamanic journey meditation.
We come together to explore ancient journeying practices for healing, clarity, and deeper connection with spirit and the higher self. Using drums, rattles, and other sound tools, we enter a shamanic state of consciousness to connect with compassionate spirits, guides, power animals, and the natural world.
Drawing on both Core and Celtic Shamanism, we use percussion, myth, and storytelling as pathways to wisdom and healing. Many are surprised by how naturally journeying unfolds and how easily guidance arises.
Each month we’ll practise journeying, sonic driving, connecting with guides, and other shamanic healing techniques. No experience is necessary; experienced journeyers are welcome. Please bring a drum if you have one (optional).
About Christina
Christina has trained in shamanic journeying with Sandra Ingerman, Jane Burns, and the Foundation for Shamanic Studies. She is an accredited sound healer (Sound Healing Academy) and a trained women’s circle facilitator (ACMM).
