Froth Run Toowoomba
A social run followed by a well-earned drink at a local pub. This isn’t a serious run club. There’s no pressure, no pace snobs and no expectations.
Run, jog, walk, crawl, we don’t mind. Just show up, move your body, then join us for a froth after. Whether you’re new to running, new to Toowoomba, or just keen to meet some good humans, this is for you.

When: Friday 6 November
Time: 5:30pm start (we’ll be there from 5:00pm)
Meet:
Queen's Park Sign, cnr of Margaret and Hume Streets
🏃♀️ The Run
We’ll run around Queen's Park, you can choose your distance:
• 45 Minute out and back
Run around Queen’s Park (30-40 Min time cap): run for 20 mins & turn back
• 5km Loop
Follow the loop route shown in the event map below, but do it twice. 😊
Run fast, run slow, or walk part of it, it’s completely up to you.

If you’re planning on joining us at the pub, please grab a free ticket so we can give the venue an idea of numbers. If you’re just running, no ticket needed, just rock up.
