THE ILLAWARRA CHALLENGER FIGHT NIGHT IS BACK!
After a long break, the Illawarra Challenger is BACK and bigger than ever!
The Illawarra Challenger is a 14-week boxing program that gives everyday people the opportunity to tick something incredible off their bucket list: stepping into the boxing ring for their very first fight.
No previous boxing experience required. Just the courage to take on the challenge.
For 14 weeks, novice boxers from local Illawarra gyms have been putting in the work, learning the art of boxing, building their fitness and preparing to represent their gyms in front of their friends, families and the Illawarra community.
Now it's time to put all that hard work to the test!
Join us on Saturday 21st November 2026 for an unforgettable night of amateur boxing, as our Challengers step into the ring to showcase everything they've worked towards.
Expect an incredible atmosphere, plenty of action and a community coming together to support our local gyms and their fighters.
