Join the TH7 Carseldine team and start your weekend with some movement, recovery and coffee!
We will kick off with a 30 minute run or walk (all fitness levels welcome!), then head into TH7 for a recovery session.
Recovery session options:
Steam room & contrast therapy (hot, cold, ice pools)
Sauna & contrast therapy (hot, cold, ice pools)
Complimentary for members, $35 for non-members (usually $45)
Agenda:
6:00am - Meet in the Carseldine Village carpark
6:15am - Run begins
6:45am - Return to TH7
7:00am - Recovery begins
