There’s something deeply satisfying about transforming a few humble ingredients into silky, delicious fresh pasta by hand. In this warm, hands-on Handmade Pasta workshop, you’ll learn the timeless techniques behind authentic homemade pasta while enjoying the simple pleasure of cooking from scratch.
Guided by your tutor, you’ll mix, knead, roll, and shape your own pasta dough using traditional methods and quality ingredients. Along the way, you’ll discover practical tips for working with pasta dough successfully at home — from choosing the right flour and achieving the ideal texture, to rolling, cutting, cooking, and storing fresh pasta.
More than just a cooking class, this workshop is a tactile, creative, and social experience that celebrates the joy of sharing food with others. Whether you’re cooking for family, entertaining friends, or simply wanting to reconnect with the pleasure of handmade food, you’ll leave with skills you can recreate again and again in your own kitchen.
You'll also prepare simple sauces and accompaniments that beautifully complement fresh pasta, helping you create complete Italian-inspired meals from scratch.
