Make an occasion of Melbourne Cup Day 2026 with a special lunch in the magnificent surrounds of Cellos Grand Dining Room at the Castlereagh Boutique Hotel.
Enjoy a specially curated menu beginning with rare roast beef with horseradish cream, wild garlic and crispbread, followed by Australian king prawns with green papaya, Thai basil, lime and coconut.
For main course, enjoy chargrilled lamb loin with pear and parsnip purée, mint chimichurri and lamb jus, served with Hasselback potatoes, sugar snap peas and heirloom beetroot.
Finish with chilled lemon curd layered with house-made ginger biscuits and Italian meringue, followed by coffee and tea.
