ARE WE BEING PLAYED?
Reality. Free Will. Power. Conspiracy.
What if the world isn't quite what we've been led to believe?
Are we really in control of our own lives? Can we trust the people and institutions that shape our world? And have we become so comfortable with the status quo that we've stopped questioning it?
On Saturday 14 November, What's Next? The Big Debate returns to Universal Sydney for an evening of provocative questions, bold opinions and conversations that challenge the way we see the world.
This isn't another panel discussion where you sit back and listen. It's an interactive debate where you get to take a side, have your say and challenge the people around you.
WE WILL BE RAISING MONEY FOR THE RAINBOW SHOELACE PROJECT.
THE BIG QUESTIONS
Are we living in a simulation?
Is free will an illusion?
Does the government have our best interests at heart?
Are we being manipulated more than we realise?
Is the system designed to make us conform?
These are just some of the questions we'll put to the room. Expect competing perspectives, unexpected arguments and plenty of opportunities to question what you think you know.
