Join us at CycleBar Currambine for a special 45-minute indoor cycling experience, raising money and awareness for men’s mental health, with all proceeds from the event going directly to Mens Talk.
Led by Rachel Ashton, this will be a 45-minute Classic Ride, suitable for all fitness levels. You don’t need any indoor cycling experience to take part. Whether it’s your first ride or your hundredth, you can work at your own pace and enjoy the experience.
What to expect
5:30pm – Arrival & Set-Up
Come down, meet everyone and give us time to get you set up correctly on your bike. If you’ve never ridden with us before, don’t worry. Our team will take you through everything you need to know before we start.
6:00pm – 45-Minute Classic Ride with Rachel Ashton
Lights down, music up! Rachel will take you through 45 minutes of music, movement, dancing on a bike and high-energy fun, all while riding together for an important cause.
After the Ride
Stick around after class for a sausage sizzle, drinks and a catch-up, plus a presentation from representatives of Mens Talk, where we’ll hear more about the work they do supporting men’s mental health and why raising awareness matters.
Come along for a great night, experience CycleBar, have some fun and help us support an incredibly important cause.
