Join Amie for a relaxing creative wellness workshop combining ceremonial cacao, gentle sound healing and mindful watercolour painting in Brisbane.
This workshop is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself and enjoy the calming beauty of colour. We’ll begin with a warm cacao drink and gentle intention setting, followed by a soothing sound bath to help you settle into the moment.
You’ll then be guided step-by-step through a mindful watercolour painting session. No painting experience is needed — this is a beginner-friendly workshop focused on creativity, presence and enjoyment rather than perfection.
You’ll leave feeling calmer, more connected and inspired, with your own watercolour artwork to take home.
