About

This is the film that captivated cinema audiences across the nation and became an instant Aussie classic. This is the incredible true story of the wandering, dust-covered kelpie who hitched his way to the mining town of Dampier and into the hearts of each and every one of its residents.

This film blends humour, touching moments and the striking visuals of the outback. It celebrates loyalty, friendship and community spirit.

Enjoy the film and some light refreshments. Due to licensing restrictions, we cannot advertise the documentary name. Ask our friendly library staff for more information.
