After more than a decade of writing, recording, touring and occasionally disappearing, Winterbourne are emerging into a new chapter.
The Central Coast duo of James Draper and Jordan Brady spent most of the last year quietly building an independent future for the band—returning to the studio, reconnecting with their audience and recording the first pieces of a new album. Their new single ‘I See Sunsets’, arriving this November, is the first official glimpse of that work and the beginning of an album campaign extending into 2027. In February, Winterbourne will don uncharacteristically light-coloured clothing and set out on the We Have Not Disappeared tour, to bring the new chapter to the stage with East Coast headline shows in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. The pair (and their band) will also appear at Lighthouse Festival Norah Head this Nov 7.
Built around the songwriting, harmonies, friendship and unique energy that has defined Winterbourne from the beginning, these shows mark a triumphant return and a fresh start.
