Join us for Roccella’s hands-on pizza masterclass, led by our expert pizzaioli, where you’ll learn the secrets behind crafting the perfect dough, using a range of flours and techniques passed down through generations.
Explore how different ovens bring out different textures and flavours and discover what really makes a pizza authentically Italian.
Then, it’s time to enjoy the fruits of your labour: a pizza made by you, paired with a glass of wine and shared in true Roccella style. You’ll also take home Francesco’s personal pizza booklet your guide to recreating the magic again and again.
