It’s often things we don’t see that carry the most impact.
Three out of four suicides are committed by men, and suicide is the leading cause of death for men under 50, it is about time we do something about it.
This isn’t your average 10k
We’re running through the Goldy carrying heavy sandbags (10kg) over 10 kilometers, to raise awareness for Mens Mental Health and the weight so many men silently carry. Every 1km we will be completing 14 push ups to signify how many men take their lives through suicide everyday (UK statistics)
It’s about strength & brotherhood.
No experience needed. All fitness levels welcome. We move as a team, at a conversational pace, sharing the load of the sandbags... NO MAN LEFT BEHIND!!
Join us and help raise awareness for the men that lose their lives everyday, as so many lack the support and funds needed to get help.
