Following a trumphant debut in 2025, Joshua Batten returns to the Three Brothers Arms on Saturday December 5th for two sets of electric Blues & Roots Rock, accompanied by Terry McLeod on Bass and Jeremy Li on Drums!
Joshua Batten is a genuine musical storyteller, blending elements of Folk, Country, Blues and Rock with insightful and relatable lyrics. Based on his experiences living with neurodiversity, he turns his personal introspective moments into powerful, universal anthems. With over ten years’ experience as a full-time musician, Joshua has recorded and released three studio albums and performed at major events including the Australian Open and Grand Prix. His live shows have resonated with audiences and garnered him a dedicated following, with extensive appearances at folk and blues festivals across Australia. His latest album 'True Optimism' has been warmly received, reaching the top 10 of both the ARIA Country Album Charts and the AIR Independent Album Charts upon release.
Featuring the powerhouse rhythm section of Terry McLeod on Bass and Jeremy Li on Drums, The Joshua Batten Band bring new energy to Joshua’s finely crafted and inspirational songs, along with a selection of blues & rock classics that have stood the test of time.
