Someone has been murdered. Everyone has a secret. And you’re part of the investigation.
This Halloween, step inside A Deathly Threat, an interactive murder mystery from The Penniless Performer as part of the Take the Stage program.
Melissa Crane, a university student and recipient of a $100,000 scholarship, has been found beaten to death in her apartment. She was wearing a Michael Myers costume. Witnesses heard screams. Someone was seen leaving the apartment dressed as Michael Myers.
But who was behind the mask?
Enter Detective Rowan’s investigation and help uncover what really happened.
You’ll hear from the suspects, examine evidence, question witnesses and uncover clues hidden throughout the crime scene. But be careful — not everyone is telling the truth.
Was it the powerful professor? The mysterious assistant? Her closest friend?
Or someone you haven’t suspected yet?
This isn’t a show where you simply sit back and watch. You are part of the investigation.
Look closely. Listen carefully. Discuss the evidence. And decide for yourself who is responsible.
